Business Consulting Project

You will translate your learning from the MaastrichtMBA into a final Business Consulting Project (BCP). The BCP challenges you to use relevant, academic theories to analyse a problem within your own organisation. It urges you to initiate your own solutions based on theory as well as practical relevance. Unlike an academic thesis, the BCP is based on real-life business issues and focuses on solving organisational problems using analytic techniques.
