Why did you decide to pursue an executive MBA at the MaastrichtMBA?

I have evaluated a few Executive MBA programmes offered at different universities, including those in the top 10 in the Financial Times ranking. After attending their in-class experience events and comparing them to the one I had at MaastrichtMBA, I saw that the teaching standards in Maastricht are as high as those in the FT top 10 grade schools. This meant that the value for money was much higher in Maastricht.

How have you benefitted from your MBA degree?

The business tools I learned in Maastricht enabled me to create and lead the strategy paradigm change in my company. This change proved enormously efficient, with a 30-40% yearly sales growth in the core products over the following three years.
My understanding of leadership improved to the level that enabled very rewarding personal relationships both in my professional and private lives.

How do employers benefit from employees with an MBA degree?

A modern MBA programme is a lot about learning effective teaming and collaboration skills. In today’s economy, real value creation can be achieved mostly by knowledge building in teams rather than by individuals.
If you plan future growth, it’s essential to have a strong team-oriented mindset among employees. The ultimate way to achieve this is through the training you can obtain in the MBA programme.

The leadership development programme. It is not only treated as a separate trajectory alongside the modules but is also skillfully integrated into many of them.
It is one of the central concepts that enables practical implementation of all the business knowledge.

The comradeship of the participants creates an unforgettable atmosphere and is a very valuable personal benefit of the programme.
