MaastrichtMBA is part of Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. We proudly hold accreditations from the three leading international quality assurance bodies: AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA. This prestigious Triple Crown accreditation, a distinction awarded to only 1% of business schools worldwide, attests to our exceptional standards in research and education, ensuring the global recognition of your diploma.


In addition to these international accreditations, we are also accredited by the NVAO: the independent educational accreditation organisation for higher education institutions in the Netherlands and Flanders. This NVAO accreditation provides a practical advantage, allowing MaastrichtMBA students to access funding through the “Lifelong Learning Credit” (Levenlanglerenkrediet). Combined with our Triple Crown status, this further affirms that the MaastrichtMBA is among the best in the world!

We achieved 3rd place in the 2023 Better World MBA Ranking by Corporate Knights, which is a major global ranking to evaluate graduate business programmes on their integration of sustainable development topics, faculty gender and racial diversity. CEO Magazine ranked our Online MBA track 4th globally in the 2024 Global Online MBA Rankings, while our On-Campus MBA was ranked 8th worldwide in the Global Executive MBA Rankings 2024. Additionally, Eduniversal ranked our MaastrichtMBA program as the 10th Executive MBA in Western Europe in 2024 and the second-best in the Netherlands.

 

Beyond programme-specific rankings, our School of Business and Economics (SBE) faculty and Maastricht University in general also internationally competes with the very best institutes worldwide.
