Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze — for the last drop

What is your country of origin?

The forests of the Taiga — born in Moscow.

What do your close friends usually call you?

Mitya.

Describe yourself in three words?

Curious, practical, resilient.

Why do you want to apply?

Because sometimes the MBA feels like two programmes at once: one where you learn, and another where you investigate where the learning materials are hidden. I want to change that — and help us save time.

What is the one thing you want to achieve as student president?

I want to simplify the MBA experience: closer to a one-click experience, with less time searching and more time learning. Materials, deadlines, links, updates and useful student knowledge should be easier to find, use and share — using smarter tools where they actually help. The goal is simple: squeeze more value from the programme together.

What would you like to change/address/achieve/improve being a student president?

I would focus on two things. First, making the cohort more alive between modules. WhatsApp is our real channel, but it should be more than an announcement board: more casual conversation, interest groups, study support, and better bridges between newcomers and students who have been here longer. Second, reducing fragmented information: readings, deadlines, links, updates and useful student knowledge should be easier to find, share and reuse. Less silence, less searching, more connection.

Can you please share with us your campaign slogan why people should vote for you?

“Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze — for the last drop.” Vote for Mitya if you want less time wasted searching, more useful sharing, and more small communities where the real MBA happens.

Corporate or start-up?

Start-up.

Bookworm of street smart?

Both — I love ideas, but I trust them only after they survive contact with real life.

Thirsty Thursday or brunch in the sun?

Brunch in the sun — with respect for a good Thursday plan.

Dancing or talking?

Talking first. Dancing when the room has earned it.
