Listen. Lead. Deliver.

What is your country of origin?

Germany — though I feel deeply European at heart.

What do your close friends usually call you?

Sille. It’s actually nice to be called by my real name though.

Describe yourself in three words?

Curious. Empathetic. Pragmatic.

Why do you want to apply?

Because this programme is more than a degree — it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We are a remarkable group of people from different industries, cultures and backgrounds, and I believe we have an extraordinary opportunity to grow together, not just academically but as human beings. I want to help create the conditions where that actually happens. My deepest motivation in everything I do is simple: I always want to leave a situation better than I found it. That drives me every single day — and it will drive me in this role.

What is the one thing you want to achieve as student president?

That this cohort becomes a real community — one where people speak up, support each other, and look back in ten years and say: that was a defining chapter of my life. I want us to grow together, not just get through this together.

What would you like to change/address/achieve/improve being a student president?

I want to build a stronger, more open channel between students and the programme — where honest feedback is welcomed and acted on. I want to make sure no one feels invisible or unheard. And I want to create more space for genuine connection within our cohort, because the relationships we build here are part of the value of this experience. Beyond that? I want to get things done. Not talk about getting things done — actually do it.

Can you please share with us why people should vote for you?

Listen. Lead. Deliver.

Vote for me because I’m not here for the title. I’m here because I care — about this cohort, about our shared experience, and about making sure we leave this programme having grown not just professionally but personally. I speak up when it matters, I follow through on what I commit to, and I genuinely believe we can make this a lifetime experience worth remembering. Also — I get shit done. With warmth, but without excuses.

Corporate or start-up?

Corporate roots, startup curiosity — and always an eye on what could be better.

Bookworm of street smart?

Both — I read to think, and I act to learn.

Thirsty Thursday or brunch in the sun?

Keep up the legacy — Thirsty Thursday it is. But make it a lunch in the sun so it actually fits the MBA schedule. Pragmatism at its finest.

Dancing or talking?

Talking first, dancing after. Always.
