Describe yourself in three words?

Fun, curious, persistent.

What motivated you to become a student president of the MaastrichtMBA programme?

I was inspired by former student presidents – Jenny, Frano and Carlo. Hearing them reflect on their journeys made me realise that being a student president is not just about leadership—it’s a powerful way to connect with more people, which perfectly aligns with why I joined this MBA: to build meaningful, lasting connections.

I enjoy working closely with people, and this role gives me a meaningful way to channel that energy. I’ve been supported and inspired by so many amazing people in this programme—and now I want to give back by creating deeper connections within our community. For me, being student president isn’t just about giving back—it’s also about growing and embracing everything this journey has to offer.

What is one thing you hope to achieve during your term as student president?

To make it easier for students to stay connected—especially during off-campus periods. Even small moments of support or informal check-ins can make a big difference, especially for newer students. I want to offer ways for people to connect at their own pace, in ways that feel natural and inclusive.

How would you describe your leadership style?

People-centered. I take time to listen, connect, and understand what others need.

What has been the most rewarding part of the MaastrichtMBA journey for you so far?

Personal growth through meaningful connections with inspiring peers and having the freedom to try out new ideas in a safe and supportive environment.

What’s one challenge you’ve faced during the MBA—and how did you overcome it?

Time management—juggling readings, assignments, and a full-time job. Staying disciplined and learning to prioritise made all the difference. It’s not easy, but it’s manageable.

What advice would you give to new students just starting their MBA journey?

Be bold, have fun, and own your MBA journey. The more you show up as yourself, the more you’ll get back in return.

What do you enjoy doing outside of your professional and student life?

Spinning bike and hanging out with friends.

If you could sum up the MaastrichtMBA experience in one word, what would it be—and why?

FUN. It’s a journey full of learning, inspirations, and self-discovery.
