HI YATI, WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO DO AN MBA?

I decided to pursue an MBA as I wanted to enhance my business leadership skills to lead my team better. I also wanted to increase my marketability as a professional.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO PURSUE THE ON-CAMPUS TRACK AT MAASTRICHTMBA?

The flexible programme offered meant that I was able to work towards the MBA without having to quit a job that I loved.

HOW HAVE YOU PROFITED?

I have benefited from the diverse perspectives and experiences of the programme participants. With skills from the programme, I am able to holistically create solutions that benefit both my company and my company’s customers.

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING AN EXECUTIVE MBA AT THE MAASTRICHTMBA?

My advice would be to reach out to the friendly UMIO staff and alumni like myself to get to know more about this programme.

Applicants should know that the time and effort required for this programme is not small, however it will be rewarding.

The constant call to reflect as leaders. Gaining lifelong friends who make the journey of personal and professional development unforgettable.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF THE MAASTRICHT MBA PROGRAMME?

There were innumerable enjoyable moments but personally, the international week in South-Africa was a personal highlight as it enhanced the skills already gained from my career expanding tech businesses globally.
