Responsible Leadership elective

Leadership is not restricted to a certain position. It is about co-creating an environment in which people are respected and optimally enabled to execute their tasks, and connections are honest. Leadership requires extensive self-awareness. Leaders have the ability to reflect on their own behaviour, matching the stories that they tell. Moreover, they have courage: the courage to be honest with themselves and the people around them, to say and do what needs to be done, and to do it all in a respectful manner.

This elective focuses on the idea of embodied leadership, on the power of storytelling, and on your ability to connect and build meaningful relations. As leadership is not restricted to a certain position, you can take up leadership on many occasions in your career – even when you do not officially hold a leadership position. In this elective, you will examine your leadership journey, discover your own authentic leadership style, and create your own leadership development plan and roadmap. An opportunity to experiment as well as design future steps.
